Whether or not you’re a fan of the comic book, film adaptation or 1/6 scale fully poseable figures, this Ant-Man collectible figure looks rather awesome. The Hot Toys Ant Man figure is being released to celebrate the release of the Ant-Man film with Paul Rudd, and it looks rather accurate.
With 30-points of articulation you can pick whatever pose you want, and the level of detail includes the head scuplt being hand-painted. Plus the helmet is battery powered with an LED light-up function, and you get 7 pieces of interchangeable hands, a specialized figure stand and best of all, an Ant-Man miniature figure to go with it. Basically it’s about as close as you’ll get to having a shrunken Paul Rudd at your command.
It’s available via Play Asia with an apparently extremely limited pre-order deadline of July 26th, 2015, so you’ll need to jump on it quickly. The approx 300mm high figure is due for release in January 2016, and you won’t get a charge on your card until then, which gives you time to budget for the £147.48 cost.
