The Revelation Online Heaven and Earth content update is now live for the free-to-play MMO.
The free content for all players includes a new instanced-based dungeon, with the Temple of the Twelve including unique new bosses. The 12 Zodiacs are available to fight from character level 59 and the dungeon scales to provide a challenge for parties of up to 5 players.
Over important features into a new Weddeing System should you want to marry another player, and a Family Oath system to group up with your friends.
Alongside UI overhauls, and a new story chapter centred around a murder at Shinji’s Banquet, there’s also the new Battle Companion System to try out.
The Battle Companions will be your loyal combat parters, and come in normal, rare or super rare types. You can summon them anywhere except Starshatter Island, Faerie’s Funland or in Territory Wars,and you’ll receive your first companion, Astera, either by mail or in the first part of the story as you play through Nuanor. With stats and special abilities, you can upgrade them by killing enemies, training, and participating in daily and weekly quests.
